Administration Team
Chris joins Naicam School as Principal after serving as a Coordinator of Learning with the North East School Division, where he supported curriculum development, career education, libraries, student achievement, and division-wide school improvement initiatives. He values collaborative leadership and believes that strong relationships among students, families, staff, and the community are the foundation of a successful school. Chris is excited to work alongside the Naicam community to create meaningful learning opportunities, support student success, and build on the many strengths that make Naicam School a great place to learn.
Gail Zenner is the Vice Principal at Naicam School. With a wealth of educational experience, she is a valued member of the administrative team and supports the continued growth and success of the school community.
Jodie Draude joined the Naicam School team as Administrative Assistant in the fall of 2025. With extensive administrative experience, she plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school and helping create a welcoming and organized environment for students, staff, and families.
